Our sports day got off to a fantastic start with a wonderful opening ceremony by the Year 6s.

Our Year 5 Eco Warriors attended the Eco Summit at the Downley School in High Wycombe. After their presentation about St Mary's commitment to sustainability, we made seed bombs from clay, soil and seeds before exploring the Downley's Forest School. What fantastic ambassadors for the school!
Year 3 were transported back to Ancient Egyptian times today! Children took part in a range of activities which culminated in a celebration. What a wonderful day!
Y4 had a wonderful time at PGL Liddington with superb weather.
Y2 children had a wonderful day at Claydon House. They dressed up as soldiers and learnt about the treacherous journey they would had in orderl to get to Crimea, they also learnt how to load their rifle.
They pretended they were nurses and soldiers in Scutari Hospital and learnt of the awful conditions that Florence faced.
They also sat on the very same bed that Florence would have slept in when visiting her sister at Claydon House.
We were delighted to invite children's author, Lou Treleven into school today to open our new library.
St Mary's Girls' Football team were crowned league champions following a 5-0 defeat of local rivals, Oak Green.
