After their presentation about St Mary's commitment to sustainability, we made seed bombs from clay, soil and seeds before exploring the Downley's Forest School. What fantastic ambassadors for the school!

Published 01/05/24Y2 children had a wonderful day at Claydon House. They dressed up as soldiers and learnt about the treacherous journey they would had in orderl to get to Crimea, they also learnt how to load their rifle.
They pretended they were nurses and soldiers in Scutari Hospital and learnt of the awful conditions that Florence faced.
They also sat on the very same bed that Florence would have slept in when visiting her sister at Claydon House.
