At St Mary's School, we are particularly proud of our Peer Mentor scheme. Year 5 pupils are trained to provide guidance and support to their younger peers, serving as positive role models. Through the Peer Mentor scheme, pupils learn how to get along respectfully on the playground whilst building confidence and developing resilience.
